57 Officers Training Course @ Central Board for Workers Education
Applications are invited for the following posts
Officers Training Course: 57posts
Qualification:
a) A Second Class Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Economics, social Work, Sociology, Industrial Relation and Personnel Management, Political Science, MBA with specialization in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management with at least 50% marks: OR
b) Masters Degree with at least 40% marks in aggregate in one of the subjects at (a) above and with 3 years experience as office bearer or registered Trade Union or a Worker Teacher/Trainer/Rural Educator/Volunteer under the CBWE with 3 years experience. ii) Literacy in information Technology.
Desirable: First hand knowledge and experience in trade unionism, industrial Relations, labour laws, labour welfare, teaching experience, work in rural areas etc.
Age: Between 24 and 28 years as on 04.12.2011
Training: The selected candidates will be required to undergo training at “Indian Institute of Workers Education, Mumbai”, the apex training institute of Central Board For Workers Education. The duration of the training course is FIVE MONTHS and is expected to lead to an offer of employment as Education Officer in Central Board for Workers Education on satisfactory completion of the Course, passing the final examination to be held at the end of the Training Course. But if the trainees of Education Officers course did not success in the final examination, than they will not be considered for the appointment to the post of EO
Fee: Applications should be accompanied by a non-refundable crossed Demand Draft of ` 200/- (`. Two Hundred Only) for General and OBC and for SC/ST ` 100/ towards application fee drawn in favor of the ‘Director, Central Board for Workers Education, Nagpur’ payable at any nationalized bank at Nagpur No other mode of payment will be accepted
