Eligibility for UG Courses: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology. Obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together. Apply directly to the Institute.

Selection Process: Admission will be based on All India Rank (Overall) of AIEEE – 2012/ State level Engineering Test / MITS Entrance Test (MEET).

Physics/ Electronics/ Chemistry with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English. Candidates with M. Sc. degree should have Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters in their undergraduate degree. Final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and interview. Integrated M. Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology) program	Bachelor's degree in Science with First division or 60% marks or equivalent grade having Physics and Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters. The candidates should have adequate proficiency in English. Final Selection will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview. JAM (Physics) – 2012 qualified candidates will be preferred and are not required to appear for the written test.	3

Note: All Students admitted to M.Tech. programmes will be offered a stipend of Rs.8,000/- p.m. except that of 2-year/3-year M. Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology) programs.
