Eligibility:

• The candidate needs to clear L-SAT 2012 to get through the Institute. LSAT—India is a standardized test adopted as an admissions criterion by multiple law colleges across India.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD/PI on the basis of their percentile ranks in the LSAT-India 2012. The candidates must mention their LSAT-India Registration number clearly in the appropriate box in the On-Line Application Form for RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur.
• RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur will obtain LSAT-India scores directly from LSAT-India. More information on LSAT-India is available atwww.pearsonvueindia.com/lsatindia.

• In order to fill in the online application, payment of application fee has to be made appropriately through Demand Draft of Rs 1000/- (Rs 500/- for SC/ST, no fees for women candidates) drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur on any nationalized bank payable at Kharagpur, West Bengal.
• After freezing the online application, you will be able to generate a PDF document of the online application with your specific details/data. For this your computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. From the onscreen view of the PDF document that your browser projects, you must PRINT the generated PDF online application form.
• Place the Demand Draft, printed online application form and if applicable, the OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/SC/ST and/or Disability certificates in an envelope and send it to The Dean, Rajiv Gandhi School of IP Law, IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur - 721302 by Speed post.
