ADA is an Autonomous Organisation under the Department of Defence Research & Development, Ministry of Defence (MOD), Government of India. ADA is entrusted with design 8 development of Air Force and Naval versions of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and other programmes.

LCA programme is a prestigious National Programme with more than 100 major work centers contributing towards this programme and is in the advanced stage. National Flight Test Centre (N FTC) is a constituent of ADA and is involved in Flight Testing, Planning, Management, establishing the ground facilities for Flight Testing, Monitoring etc ADA invites applications from highly skilled and dynamic Air Force/Navy officers (Released/ those who aredue for release/ those who can obtain release after selection) for filling up the following posts on permanent basis:
