Film, TV related PG courses @ Film and Television Institute of India, Pune (FTII)
FTII, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, was established in 1960 on the erstwhile Prabhat Studio premises at Pune. Note: In a year TV course will have on an average 40 weeks class and Film course will have on an average 44 weeks class.
Proportionate no. of seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC candidates and for persons with disabilities as per Govt. policy of reservations.
In addition to above One seat is reserved in each of the three-year postgraduate diploma courses and in the Post graduate certificate course in Feature Film Screenplay Writing, for foreign students on Indian Government sponsored scholarships such as those sponsored by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR)

The prospectus containing the application form and other details may be obtained on request along with a demand draft of Rs. 2150/- for General Category and Rs. 650/- for SC, ST and Economically Backward candidates (Parents should be BPL card holders) drawn on any of the Nationalised Banks in favour of "Accounts Officer, Film and Television Institute of India," payable at Pune.
Prospectus can also be obtained personally from the information and facilitation counter (Tutorial Section), Film and Television Institute of India.
