• Junior Manager (F& A): 3 posts (1 SC, 1 ST and 1 OBC)
• Management Trainees: 10 posts (1 reserved for PWD)

Salary:

• Junior Manager: Rs 37000/- per month
• Management Trainee: Rs 28000/- per month

Eligibility:

• Junior Manager: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 2 years experience. Age should be below 33 for OBC and 35 for SC/ST candidates as on December 31, 2011
• Management Trainee: A Bachelor's degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Law/ Engineering/IT/ Management preferably with MBA/PGD in Marketing/International Trade/ Materials/HR/Logistics. Age should be below 28 years as on December 31,2011

Selection Procedure:

• Junior Manager: Written Test and Interview
• Management Trainee: Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview
