ICET final Phase Counselling on 10th OCT

The ICET-2013 Qualified & Not Qualified / Not Appeared Muslim Minority and Qualified Non-Minority candidates are informed to attend the Final Phase of counseling for leftover seats into MBA/MCA courses for the academic year 2013-14 as per the schedule given below.

Candidates should produce all certificates in ORIGINAL viz: (1)ICET-2013 Rank Card & Hall Ticket (2)Degree Certificate &  Memorandum of Marks (3)Memorandum of Marks of Intermediate or its equivalent (4)Memorandum of Marks of SSC or its equivalent (5)Study Certificate from 9^th Class to Graduation (6)Residence certificate for preceding  7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Graduation in respect of candidates who had private study without any institutionalized education (7)Residence Certificate of Father or Mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O. in case of non-local candidates. (8)Minority candidates whose parental income is less than Rupees One Lakh are exempted from the payment of tuition fee, provided they furnish the income certificate issued by MRO on or after 01.01.2013 to an extent as prescribed by the Govt., of AP.

Fee Particulars: Tuition Fee as fixed by the Government of A.P., vide its G.O.Ms.No.75, Dated.16.08.2013 for MBA & MCA Courses. In addition, candidates will have to pay Rs.300/- and Rs.600/- towards Registration & Counseling fee respectively. Fee shall be remitted by way of Demand Draft Drawn in favour of “Convener, ICET–AC–SW–II–2013 Admissions” payable at Hyderabad or in cash at the bank counter available at the venue. Fee shall be paid in full at the time of counseling and no part payment will be accepted.

Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed by the respective universities and should be prepared to pay the Tuition Fee as applicable. More number of candidates are called for counseling than the seats available. Hence mere attending the counseling does not guarantee a seat.

Last ++: Means Not Qualified & Not Appeared ICET-2013 Muslim Minority candidates those who obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

1.This notification is itself a call for counseling. No separate call letters shall be sent to individual candidates. The candidates may have to stay a day extra, if required.

2. Candidates who have already taken a seat through Convener ICET-2013, admissions are permitted to slide to a college of their choice in SW-II by obtaining a “NOC” from the Convener SW-I & vice versa. Interested candidates may attend the counseling along with their letter of allotment in original, Rs.300/- & Rs.600/- towards Registration & Counseling fee respectively.

3. Last date for cancellation of admission taken through SW-II is 05-11-2013.

4. Submission of Provisional Allotment letter to their respective college on or before 06-11-2013.

5. It is mandatory for students to produce Aadhaar Card to avail the tuition Fee Reimbursement from the Government.
