Qualification: MBBS Auyurved Homeopathy Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
Asst. Medical Officer: 04 Posts 
Qualification: BAMS/ BHMS or equivalent.
Social Medical Officer: 04 Posts 
Qualification: Any Diploma/ Degree in Health Education or equivalent
Health Supervisor: 04 Posts 
Qualification: Any course of Para Medical Education or equivalent.
Pharmacist: 01 Post 
Qualification: D-Pharm.
Medical Worker: 06 Posts 
Qualification: MSW or equivalent with PMW training certificate or B.Sc. Public health.
Staff Nurse: 08 Posts 
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in general nursing with midwife training.
Lab Technician/ Asst.: 01 Post
Qualification: Diploma or certificate course in medical laboratory technology or equivalent.
Clerk/ Com. Asst.: 04 Posts 
Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge.
Fee: Rs.1000/- for General and OBC candidates. Rs.600/- for SC/ ST candidates.
