Job Description: Provide end to end IT support on GHMC online Service Modules for daily operations at the zonal offices. Coordination with IT Infrastructure Team, System Integrators and Jr. Analyst of the Circle for smooth functioning of the web applications and online services. • Monitor other day to day IT activities and issues in the online module and services. • Real Time Monitoring of online services during peak operational hours. • Resolve technical IT issues reported by the circle office. • Application, Network, Data-base support from Zonal office and Command Centre. • Support User Acceptance tests of new services, enhancement and change request. • Support flawless implementation of new projects and new services with circle offices.
