Qualification: Must be a Graduate of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification with Telugu as one of the parts of that Degree examination provided that preference shall be given to those with experience in Journalism or authorship of Telugu Books, other things being equal.

Age Limit: 42 years

Scale of Pay: Rs.26,600 - 77,030/-

Fee: Rs.250/- towards application processing fee.

Examination Fee: Rs.80/-. SC, ST, BC, PH, Ex-Servicemen, Families having household supply white card and Un-employed youth are exempted from payment of examination fee.
